Two-factor authentication

In BrandCloud, for security reasons, you can use two-factor authentication when logging in.

Two-factor authentication is a security feature that requires two different steps to verify a user's identity.

1. The first step is to enter an email and password.
2. The second step is authentication using a six-digit code that is sent to the phone number associated with the user profile.

This additional step greatly reduces the risk of unauthorized access because even if someone obtains your login credentials, they will not be able to complete the login without the passcode.

‼️ If you do not receive a SMS with a numeric code, please contact your BrandCloud administrator to check the phone number associated with your profile.

How to get the integration

‼️ By default, you will not find these features in your BrandCloud. If you are interested in trying out the integration and having it implemented in your BrandCloud, please contact us.
