Supported File Formats

You can upload any file format to the platform. Most formats can be viewed or, in some cases, edited directly in the interface.

You can upload and save all file types and preview almost any format.

Thumbnail generation 

Thumbnails for videos may take longer to generate. The processing time depends on the file size, which affects both the upload speed and preview generation.
If a preview cannot be generated for a specific format, the platform displays an alternative preview with a file type label. In such cases, you need to download the file to view it.

Viewing and editing files in the platform 

PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and similar formats 

You can view and edit these files directly in the platform. Editing options include drawing, signing, inserting images, adding stamps or links, adding notes, placing lines, printing, and searching within the file.

MP4, AVI, MOV, and similar video formats 

A preview is generated for each uploaded video, and you can play it directly in the platform without downloading it.

MP3, WAV, and similar audio formats 

A preview is generated for each audio file, allowing you to play it directly in the platform without downloading it.
