There is a “Forgot Password” button on the login page that allows you to set a new password.
Here are 2 possibilities why this is the case. 1. If you have a BrandCloud user account, the system will recognize this and ask you to log in with your details for security. This prevents a situation where a share directed to a specific user cannot be opened by anyone else. 2. If you have been shared content via email or link and you do not have a BrandCloud account, the system will let you access the content without having to enter a password. If it still requires a password, an invalid link or email has been forwarded to another user. In this case, ask the sender to create a share directly for you.
Probably the administrator has disabled downloads for public access. Please contact the administrator of this BrandCloud to share the content.
Uploading content to BrandCloud needs to be done differently than, for example, on your PC or other types of storage that only "collect" files into folders. You need to understand the difference between a Folder and a File Page. Learn more in the documentation, or request the editor training we provide.
